Terms of payment
We accept payment only via major credit cards. These include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Taxes and customs
Please note international deliveries may require customers to pay import duties, customs or other taxes. Unfortunately, these charges are not covered by your payment and the recipients’ responsibility. As policies vary by country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipment and delivery
Of course we hope that we have the item you desire in stock. Then we can complete and ship your order quickly. Normally, we ship all orders within 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you place an order on a weekend or a holiday, we will process your order on the first business day. We will confirm via email once your purchase has shipped. This includes a tracking number. We operate Monday to Friday except on Icelandic public holidays. We ship all orders via Iceland Post (our national postal service), unless instructed otherwise.

Please note that the delivery times we mention are guidelines. It does not take into account possible delays due to issues with payment authorization, destination customs clearance, local postal services or absence of the recipient on the time of delivery.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. For that reason we cannot deliver to Post Offices Boxes. Please include a physical address.
We hope you will love your purchase. But, you can return it if you are not satisfied within 14 days of receipt. You must return the pieces in the original packaging and in the condition you receive it. If you decide to return your jewellery, you must pay for the return freight (except if you received a damaged item – see below). Please send it via registered mail or via another service that includes tracking information. We request that you email@example.com or call us at +354 7771771 with the tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Should you wish to return an item, you may either choose another piece of the same value from the asa iceland collection, or get a refund through your credit card. In case of a refund through your credit card, please note that you are responsible for any applicable return or charge-back fees.
If you choose to return what you have bought at asa iceland, please include:
a copy of the invoice
your name and your contact information
the original packaging

We are human, so on occasion we might make mistakes. If you have a complaint, have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have received a defective or wrongly delivered item, Asa ehf will bear the return cost.
We reserve the right to changes to prices and terms and conditions of purchase without warning on our website, brochures and other sales material.
Your personal information concerning customer arrangements will only be used in connection with processing your order and it will never be passed on to a third party.
All payments are processed securely by Korta.is and Asa ehf is never in possession of any of your credit card information.
Venue and applicable law
We hope there will never be any dispute that cannot be solved between us and the purchaser. However, in the unlikely event of a formal dispute, including the interpretation of asa iceland terms and conditions of purchase, any issues will be decided at the District Court of Reykjavik, Iceland in according to Icelandic law.
